Audioplayer Updated: Imogen Heap

Over on twelvestone, polymorph posted a link to a pretty cool video of Imogen Heap, playing live. She was doing a spot for Zach Braff’s latest movie, and the songs were pretty amazing.

Heap is one part of the group Frou Frou, which I got into after hearing their song “Let Go.” Of the three tracks I’m posting, her live version of “Let Go” is spectacular – her voice is clear and crisp. In fact, it’s so good, I wonder if the have to do any work at all, when they record her in the studio.

The other songs are new to me, but quite good. If you have the time (and the bandwidth), check out the video of the whole performance. It’s a huge (streamed) file, but worth it – particularly to see her “create” all the tracks for “Just for Now.”
