Father’s Day in Frankfort, IL

Drove down to Frankfort today, to spend Father’s Day with Liz’s folks. As always, there was plenty of good food to be had.

Jealous? I know you are. Hell, I’m the one who ate this and… looking back at it now, I’m jealous.

After dinner, we walked down the street a bit into downtown Frankfort, and grabbed some seats in the community park (which looks a lot different in December).

Today marked the first day of the Frankfort Summer Concerts on the Green. And, since Bob is part of the committee (he’s on so many, it’s hard to keep track), he was asked to welcome everyone to the kickoff event.

  2. (Much better to be a father on father’s day, if you ask me). Still, that’s a fine plate of food.
