Day In The Life of The #1 BBQ In Texas

I happened across this video on YouTube randomly, and got sucked in. It follows the day to day operations of Goldee’s Barbecue, shortly after they won #1 for the best barbecue restaurant in Texas (via Texas Monthly).

The BBQ issue comes out once every four years, and the winners aren’t notified ahead of time. The sheer volume of what gets made at Goldee’s is jaw dropping. And I promise you, you’re going to have a hard time *not* licking the screen.
