Congratulations, Jereline Williams

Waiting for the Metra train in to the city, I spotted this sign on the side of a car that was going the opposite direction as me.

Looking closer, it was a sign celebrating Carwoman Jereline Williams, who retired just a few weeks ago after 27 years of service.
What a great, small little detail to see. I was happy to see this celebration from Metra, and had a momentary wave of sadness as I remembered the last Metra sign I saw regarding conductors: the memorial to conductor Van Hooten (also from the ME line).
27 years is a very long time, and a tremendous amount of service. I hope Ms. Williams is enjoying her time outside of work (and that she has free Metra train rides for life).
