This was sitting on the corner of the Damen/Milwaukee/North trisection (between Milwaukee and Damen). I happened to see that this was signed by Choke – who seems to have a lot of work around these parts.
Spotted this at the Damen/North/Milwaukee trisection, on the way home. There were barricades all around this corner, and everyone walked around. But looking in, I noticed a pigeon had walked across this thing like he owned the joint. I got a good laugh, and had to pull out the camera.
I think I have a habit of taking pictures, going toand leaving brunch at Hilary’s. This house is right near my old place. I remember walking by here years ago withChelsea and her dad, and the two ofthem stopping for a picture. I was snapping a shot of them in front of this porch, and someone inside came outand shooed…

I ended up cabbing it home, and spotted a very small, faint rainbow in the sky. I don’t know if you can see it in this picture or not, but it’s a very small patch in the middle (and to the right a bit). A lot of photos. The city’s been incredibly generous today.
I wonder if this cello teacher and the piano tuner are in cahoots?
Gretchen and Rob offered me a lift home, but I felt like walking home. I recently purchased Damien Jurado’s newest album (ever since I heard it at Laura and Ben’s house), and had a hankering for listening to it while walking home. Spotted a thin jet trail in the sky, and liked how it seemed to disappear into the sky….
Today’s been a flurry with work, and I ended up cabbing it over to Justin’s, to check in on Nebula (my car battery is dead currently). I tried looking for a cab back, but ended up walking the whole way home instead. On my way back, I saw several things that made me smile and forget about the stupid stresses…
