Post-work decompression

Despite my body’s desire to head straight to sleep, I ended up stopping over at Rainbo with Justin to catch a few drinks. We chatted for a bit, then decided to head back to his place to listen to music for a bit.

This was a great deal of fun, and I really need to make plans to do this more. There’s a tremendous amount of music that I am unfamiliar. You’d be surprised at some of the names. So I’ve definitely got a lot fo learn. This was fun – as Justin was all about jumping from song to artist to song.

Of particular interest was hearing Leonard Cohen. I had always heard about him, but never really heard much. Good fucking lord – how did I go this long without hearing his stuff?
