Liz Passes Her Exam!
So you know, Liz passed her big exam. Apparently, they don’t tell you scores or anything – just whether or not you passed.
She’s got another big cumulative exam in the Spring, similar in nature to this one. The one she took covered all the material she learned last year, and the upcoming one covers material she’s learned this year. To top things off, Liz is currently working/prepping for a Final Exam that’s due next week.
Some days, I yearn for the student life again. I think to myself – wasn’t it great, just being a student? Reading books all day, drinking coffee, and talking about ideas with other people who are also reading books and drinking coffee. No rigid schedule, lots of down time between classes.
Today is not one of those days. I easily forget about exam stress, studying, and all the other factors that go into being a student. This, to say nothing of the fact that Liz is also holding a part-time job while doing her coursework.
Thanks everyone, for all the encouragement and words of support. The period before her big exam was a pretty taxing one, and I for one know it definitely helped Liz to know folks were rooting for her.
