More Planning
Liz and I sat down with all our cards, and began applying rough estimates as to how long we felt each task would take.
The tasks/cards vary a bit. Some are quick, specific tasks… others encompass a larger range of things. But we made a good pass at applying some time to each, and are now better able to forecast what the coming weeks and months will look like.
We plan on going over things with Bob, and to get his estimates on things that we haven’t done yet (and that he has more experience with).
