I’m taking on Liz’s diet in many ways (a lot of it due more to laziness than discipline). For lunch, we’ve started to do these spinach smoothies (which actually taste better than they sound).
Two cups of spinach, about 10 oz. of almond milk. A half cup of various fruits, along with protein powder and flax seed. And some generous sprinkles of cinnamon.
It’s not something I would choose as a lunch. But, I don’t… hate it. And it’s surprisingly filling.

And all done! Ignore the pronounced gaps between some of the boards. Whoever we get as our taper/mudder, well… they get to hide all our sins.
