Hugo the Explorer

Normally, when we let the bunnies out in the evening, we extend the pen so that it opens into the main room… but prevent access to the living room or the dining room. Tonight, Liz decided to give Hugo access to the living room.

He was hesitant at first – but we put down a few more towels, and he got bolder as the night went on. All in all, his available “roaming” space has more than doubled, and he seemed pretty excited by this change.

Our house is still, as you can tell, a work in progress. And some rooms are more of a construction site than others. But the goal always has been to allow the bunnies to roam freely (at least on the first floor).

Tonight, it was fun to see Hugo explore around – and we definitely saw a few binkies as a result.
