Hugo and Cloudy: First Bonding Session

First bonding session between Hugo and Cloudy.

We set up a separate area, which was different from both of their current areas. The idea is to have some kind of “neutral ground” that doesn’t technically belong to either of them, so that there’s less of a chance of any territorial behavior.

Putting up a bit of a barrier, to keep these two slightly separated.

There was a positive moment towards the end of the session… but still a bit of aggression. There was a similar pattern – things were a little touchy at the start, then settled down. And then they got antsy again.

It’s starting to seem like we need to take things slower with these two.
