Inside Rainbow

Spotted this today, near the end of day.

The window that Liz found and had custom installed in our vestibule has a certain glint and shimmer to it.

When I walk by this area, the light tends to always catch my eye. There’s more than just a reflection – the light refracts a bit, and there’s usually a burst of color that I pick up.

Somehow, the light at the end of the day hit this window and cast this very small, very private little rainbow in the inside of our house.

This was the first time I’ve seen this. And I wonder if it’s been happening for a while now, and I only just noticed. Or if the weather gods conspired to create a unique series of conditions, that allowed this to occur.

Regardless, I’m happy I saw it – and even happier I got to record the image, and to share it here.
