Upstairs Drywall, Day 1: Supplies

Things got a bit delayed today, with the drywaller needing to delay. Instead of starting today, he showed up to drop off a lot of materials.

Lots of sheets on the first floor. I was tired just watching him (and his helper) bring this stuff in. I forgot that drywall sheets come in pairs – and they were walking these guys up with way more ease than I could have mustered.

There was a lot of drywall to get, so they made a second run and returned with this. Ended up walking these upstairs, and setting them in the hallway.

Funny that we’ve been working hard to clear out all the drywall in this area, only to have it all replaced again. And to have it all removed, soon soon.
