Guess How Much?

Over some time, Matt has been dumping all his spare change into the same pot. Today, he brought (read: lugged) it all in to the office. It was so heavy, he ended up having to use two pillowcases, and set them inside one of those portable beer cooler things. Too heavy to lift, he had to wheel the thing from his car into work.

In case you don’t know, we work inside the Merchandise Mart. In addition to there being a CTA stop there, the building also has its own food court, post office, and bank. HUGE building, and about the size of an entire city block.

Here’s Matt, about to haul the thing downstairs.

Prior to his departure, all of us tried to estimate what we thought he had. We were all pretty spread out, with a difference of about $80 between the highest and lowest guesses.
