Breakfast at Fabiana’s Bakery

This morning, Liz and I trekked over to Fabiana’s Bakery for breakfast. We’d seen it for some time now, but had only driven by a few times.
We stopped in once before, near the end of the weekend run… but didn’t have any cash on us at the time. And we vowed to come back.

Everything at Fabiana’s is made from scratch. On walking in, if you look past the displays… you can see directly into the kitchen, where folks are working. The whole space is literally one giant room.

Liz and I both had the veggie quiche (there was also a gluten-free option available).

And of course, a cinnamon roll. Which I had been coveting ever since I first saw them.
I didn’t’ get a chance to take more photos of the other pastries, as more and more people were arriving. So I’d just recommend you browse the photos on the web site.

A sign, reminding us how nice our neighborhood is… and how new shops seem to be opening up in the area all the time.
No, seriously.
