Lagunitas, Revisited
Liz and I decided to take advantage of the long weekend, and opted to go out for a late lunch. After perusing a few distillery options, we landed on returning to Lagunitas, which just recently re-opened.
A fun thing: on entering the brewery, there’s this long corridor you walk down. It’s dark, black-lit in places, and plays “Pure Imagination” on a loop. It’s probably terrible for the security staff that man the front door, but it’s an absolute joy to experience every time we come here:

The signs in the stairwell are great.

We learned that the Tap Room just opened about a month ago, and had been closed down since the pandemic. They weren’t doing flights yet, but our server was happy to bring us small samples of anything on the menu.

Settling in for some nachos and a burger. It’s definitely been a while since we were last here.
