Second Run

Went out today for another early morning run. The first one mostly shook off the cobwebs, and after today… I started feeling a bit better, a bit more confident.

I’ve been going really slowly, pulling back to a comfortable pace. It’s a 30 minute run, with 2 minutes on and 1 minute walking.

Usually when I try to track my runs, the effort feels like it’s “tough” or at best… “moderate.” This time though, I felt stronger – possibly because of how slow I’m going.
