First Fall/Winter Run

It’s been a minute since we’ve been on the run. For me, I got injured earlier this year and was out of commission for a while.
But towards mid-summer, Liz and I started up again and went out a few times. Nothing special, mostly just shaking off the dust and getting out there for 30 minutes at a time.
And then house stuff happened. We got busy trying to work on the next phase of house improvements, and that really just took over.
Now, with us far away and waiting for some new floors to be installed… what better way to relax than to go out for a run in the brisk, Michigan air? It’s chilly out, with some decently strong winds… but no better time than now.
Running to relax. What an odd thing to do.
