The Rise and Fall of Mini-Stonehenge

Spotted this small, singular mini-stonehenge as I was walking to work. It looked to me like there was some yardwork happening, and someone decided to get a little fancy with the leftover materials.
I took a photo because, well… it’s what I do here on the blog. And also, it seemed important.

A few days later, walking by again I noticed this: mini-stonehenge clearly intentionally knocked over. Chaos wins again.
It got me wondering: how long until someone tries to knock over one of the structures at Stonehenge? Is it even physically possible for a single person to do? And has it happened in recent history?
I also wondered if bookies in Vegas have odds for this sort of thing, if you could wager on it. I have a feeling the answer is yes.
