Madness: A Candy That Plays with the Stroop Effect

I was up early one weekday morning, and happened across this fun post on BoingBoing:

It’s rare that I make impulse purchases, but something about the video made me want to try a little Madness. A week or two after I watched this video, it arrived at my door.

A fun experiment mixing candy and the Stroop Effect.

I haven’t tried very many of these guys, but the first one I tasted was… surprisingly, a berry flavor of some kind. Or perhaps, it’s what my brain tricked itself into tasting with the red color.

I’m actually now very excited to give a package of these to Jasmine and Jahnu, as I think they’d find them pretty fun.
