Happy to announce that I’ll be participating again in 20×2 Chicago, a super fun event where 20 creatives are given 2 minutes to answer the same question. I’ve had the good fortune to participate in several of the Chicago events, and it’s always incredibly interesting to see how folks decide to go about interpreting/addressing the…

For my presentation, I answered the question of “Where Are We” by trying to track down all the different Felix Jungs out there in the world, using Facebook. My original goal was to gather as much information as I could on each Felix – and make a presentation on the similarities and differences within our lives.

For my talk, I answered the “Where Are We” question by looking up all the various Felix Jungs I could find on Facebook. I noted where we all are as I found a total of 82 other Felix Jungs. We’re all over the map, in places like Burma and Costa Rica but there’s about 45 Felix Jungs in Germany.

20×2 is an event where 20 creatives are brought together, and each person tasked with answering the same question in only two minutes. The question changes, event to event, but the format remains the same: speakers are given free reign as to how they choose to answer the prompt: some use multimedia, others create songs – each presenter approaches the question in a different way.

I woke up this morning to find a comment left on blog: it was from MJ Kim, who was the mother in one of the Flickr photos I used in my 20×2 presentation. What a random and lovely surprise! Turns out, she knows some of the 20×2 folks to boot. How random is that? In…

I had heard about the song Fuck You! by Cee Lo Green before now, but here’s an embarassing secret: I hadn’t actually listened to the song until this weekend. During 20×2 Chicago, one of the other presenters was Ricky Carmona, who spoke (and sang) about this song. He was pretty passionate about it, and gave…
