Daytrip to Valpo

We had an impromptu trip out to Valparaiso today, right in the middle of the work day. The temperatures have gotten really warm this week, and our goal was to head out to borrow the large AC unit from Julie and Bob for another summer.

We ended up going today, and I spent most of the early evening installing this guy in the window. We’ve had some hotter days since, but it was nice to get this thing back and set up before the really hot days kick in.

On a side note – we transported this thing pretty easily back in our SUV. I don’t know if we would have been able to fit this thing into our old car, so pretty thankful for the extra space.
