Not sure what this was about. There’s a “Pest Control” store across the street on North Ave, so maybe a few employees are protesting? Seeing this reminded me of Robin Williams’ joke about taking little kids to Disneyland, and how Mickey Mouse to a five year old is simply a six foot fucking rat.
