Backyard Fence Installation, Day 2

Today, the actual installation! Every crew we spoke with was really great (incredibly polite and very attentive to all our questions). These two guys told us that the process itself was pretty quick, once everything was in place.

We learned that the tops of the posts get cut off, to make things more even. So our concerns there were unfounded. We ran an electrical line out for their compressor, and basically just got out of their way (a big part of me hoped that all our prep work made things easier for them).

There was a large thunderstorm during the middle of the afternoon, and they just kept on working through it.

Nearly there!

Around 5PM, the two had to call it quits due to a larger storm coming in. But they said they’d be back tomorrow to finish off the final parts of the install.
