Cloudy Gets an Elevator Ride

While hanging out with the bunnies tonight, Liz positioned herself near the small cardboard box in Cloudy’s pen. And lo and behold – she hopped onto her back!

Back with Phineas, we used to call these “elevator rides.” It usually involved a Cottontail Cottage – something that allowed the bunnies to get fairly high up… and they would hop onto Liz’s back, for a ride down.

I think this move is meaningful because it’s a sign of trust. And Liz is always over the moon, when it happens. But I also think it’s an indicator of how fearless Cloudy is – she reminds us a lot of Phineas, in that way.

Even with her just having one eye, you can see that she is scoping out the full length and breadth of her domain.
